1. Acceptance

By using MailAI, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service

MailAI is an AI-powered email management tool connecting to Microsoft Outlook via OAuth, using Anthropic's Claude AI for summaries and reply drafts.

3. Account

You need a valid Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use MailAI for illegal purposes, sending spam, reverse engineering, or harassing others.

5. AI content

AI-generated summaries and drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending.

6. Payments

Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime. EU users get 14-day refund right on initial purchase.

7. Liability

MailAI is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, incorrect AI content, or service interruptions. Maximum liability limited to 3 months of payments.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for terms violations. You may delete your account anytime. Data deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing law

Governed by Luxembourg law. Disputes resolved in Luxembourg City courts.
